A surgical hair restoration is probably the only way to instantly bring your hair back. But before you should go for a surgery, you need to be able to meet the criteria and understand the factors or risks involved before, during, and after surgery. These pertinent areas of consideration should be discussed with a physician during consultation. Below are some of the most important aspects to think through.

Age
Those who are genetically predisposed to it may begin experiencing it as early as the age of 21. But because hair loss has a progressive nature, at an early stage, it may be difficult to predict how the condition will turn out: how much there is to lose or in what pattern it will make. This is why younger balding men are not really an ideal candidate for a surgical hair restoration. It may also be difficult to make corrections in the future should any mistakes occur should he insist on the surgery.
